Casino Friday Terms of Use

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Casino Friday and any individual who accesses or uses the Casino Friday platform. By registering an account or otherwise accessing the platform, a user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use in full. Users who do not accept these Terms of Use must not access or use the service.

Casino Friday operates under authorization from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, a gaming regulator based in the Mohawk Territory of Quebec, Canada. All activities conducted through the platform are subject to the conditions set by that regulatory authority, as well as applicable Canadian law.

These Terms of Use apply to all users regardless of the device, software, or method used to access the service. Casino Friday reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.1 Age Requirements

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Allowing any third party to access or use an account registered in the user’s name
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of virtual private networks, proxy services, or similar technologies
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to unauthorized use of payment instruments
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
• Engaging in collusion or any other conduct intended to manipulate outcomes

Casino Friday reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions and to report such conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.

5. Account Suspension and Closure

5.1 Suspension by Casino Friday

Casino Friday may suspend or close a user account at its discretion if it determines that a user has breached these Terms of Use, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity, Casino Friday may freeze account funds pending investigation.

5.2 Closure by the User

Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting Casino Friday support. Requests for account closure must be submitted in writing via the support email address. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with applicable procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Casino Friday collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use by reference.
